Cloud-Based Solutions

Cloud-Hosted .NET Systems|Repeatable Deployment|Visible Operating Costs

Sphere 10 builds and deploys .NET applications for cloud environments, connecting business services, data and operational tooling into a maintainable system. We design around the workload and its availability requirements, including how the application is released, monitored, backed up and recovered when a dependency becomes unavailable.

Choose the Operating Model Before the Services

We establish user demand, data location, recovery objectives and the skills available to operate the system. Those requirements guide the choice of managed application hosting, containers, virtual machines and database services. The architecture identifies where state lives, which services may scale independently and what remains dependent on a single region or external provider.

Costs are considered at the workload level: compute, database operations, storage, network transfer and retained logs. We define a practical initial configuration and the measurements that justify growth. Existing identity, networking and information-handling requirements are incorporated into the design rather than treated as late deployment tasks.

Connect Application Lifetime to the Host

Our C# services use ASP.NET Core and the .NET hosting model. Sphere10 Framework's ASP.NET Core integration provides AddSphere10Framework and StartSphere10Framework, linking reusable module startup and finalisation to the host. Request-scoped business services retain their own dependency and transaction boundaries.

Our Local Notion product provides an inspectable example of a .NET integration and publishing pipeline with local data, generated artefacts and continuous synchronisation. Cloud delivery applies that same attention to durable state and repeatable operation, with explicit storage, credentials and deployment configuration for your application's environment.

A deployment architecture with environment, network, identity and state ownership documented.
Application builds and infrastructure configuration that can recreate the agreed environment.
Health checks, structured diagnostics and alerts tied to actionable failure conditions.
Backup, restore and release procedures with rollback or forward-recovery instructions.

Exercise Deployment, Failure and Recovery

Acceptance includes deploying from the recorded build, restarting the application and restoring the required data into a clean environment. We test unavailable dependencies and interrupted background work, then check that logs identify the failed operation. Scaling tests use an agreed representative workload and include the database and external integrations.

Handover includes source, deployment configuration, access responsibilities and an operating runbook. We separate release automation from privileged production actions and identify ongoing service ownership. Monitoring, maintenance and incident response can continue through an agreed Project Execution arrangement with defined service expectations and change procedures.
