Data Lakes & Warehouses

Traceable Data Pipelines|Useful Analytical Models|.NET Ingestion and Reconciliation

Sphere 10 builds data platforms that turn operational records into trusted analytical information. We engineer ingestion, transformation and reconciliation in .NET, with storage and query models suited to the business questions. Raw source history, curated datasets and reporting definitions have explicit ownership and a repeatable path between them.

Preserve the Source and Define the Meaning

We inventory source systems, update patterns, identifiers and information quality. Raw landing data retains the context needed to understand where a record came from and when it was observed. Curated layers then apply agreed typing, deduplication and business rules before data enters reporting models.

Warehouse design defines the grain of each fact, the meaning of each measure and how changing reference data is represented. Lake storage supports the history and file-based workloads that need it. We agree retention, access and refresh expectations for each layer so consumers know which information is complete and how current it is.

Engineer Repeatable .NET Ingestion

C# workers connect source APIs, files and databases to the chosen storage and query services. We implement checkpoints, explicit schema handling and rerunnable transformations. Sphere10 Framework.Data supplies provider-aware database access, schema inspection and transaction scopes where appropriate; file parsing and application rules remain specific to the pipeline.

Our BlockchainSQL Server product is a concrete example of transforming a specialised source into queryable relational data. It separates block ingestion, processing and persistence and provides SQL access for analysis. That engineering experience is relevant to high-volume import, derived records and the operational work required to keep an analytical dataset aligned with its source.

Source-to-target mappings, data ownership and documented quality rules.
Ingestion and transformation code with checkpoints and controlled reprocessing.
Curated tables or datasets with explicit keys, measures and refresh behaviour.
Reconciliation reports for missing, duplicated, late or rejected source records.

Prove the Numbers Can Be Rebuilt

Acceptance reconciles sample outputs with the source and checks totals at each transformation boundary. We replay a completed input, introduce a late record and recover from an interrupted load. A report is checked against its stated grain and filters so duplicate joins or changing reference records do not silently alter the result.

Handover includes the mappings, source code, scheduling configuration, data dictionary and recovery procedures. We document how a failed partition or reporting period is rebuilt without corrupting accepted history. Your analysts receive datasets with known meaning and provenance, while operators receive the evidence needed to keep the pipeline current.
