Technology Decisions|Implementation Roadmaps|Operating Responsibilities
Sphere 10 helps organisations make technical decisions they can implement and support. We assess application, infrastructure and integration choices together, taking account of the systems already in place and the people who will operate the result. The output is a clear direction for a defined problem or programme.
Connect the Decision to the Business Operation
We establish the service the organisation needs, its users and the consequences of interruption or incorrect data. That creates a basis for decisions about hosting, replacement, integration, automation and modernisation. Available skills, supplier dependencies and support responsibilities are included in the assessment instead of being discovered after procurement.
Our engineering spans Sphere10 Framework , Local Notion and Windows diagnostic and migration tooling. This gives us direct experience with .NET applications, content publishing, service configuration and operational evidence. We use that background to ask how a proposed platform will actually be deployed, maintained and recovered.
Compare Implementable Options
An option assessment describes the work required to adopt each choice, including data migration, identity, integration changes and ongoing operating cost. We distinguish reversible decisions from those that create a long-term dependency. Where the evidence is incomplete, a focused technical spike or measurement is included in the recommendation.
The roadmap identifies prerequisites and a sequence that allows useful verification between stages. An application migration, for example, may need an inventory and backup exercise before any runtime change. We define who owns each action and how its completion will be demonstrated, allowing internal staff and external suppliers to work from the same plan.
Your Decision and Delivery Package
Agree the Commercial Phases
Project Design starts with a paid time-and-materials discussion and requirements work. A sufficiently defined implementation can proceed as fixed-price RAD delivery, with an initial deposit, one client review-and-change round and an acceptance payment. QA is separately negotiated as time and materials or fixed price, according to its agreed extent.
Project Execution establishes the ongoing SLA for the systems and activities we are responsible for. The consulting engagement closes with reviewed decisions and a usable handover, so the organisation can proceed with Sphere 10 or another delivery team without depending on undocumented advice.
