Notion-Driven Websites
Notion as Your CMS|Owned Website Output|Custom Themes
Sphere 10 builds websites that your team edits in Notion and publishes through our Local Notion platform. Content stays in familiar pages and databases while the website has its own design, routes and hosting. We develop the CMS structure, presentation and publishing workflow as one coherent system.
Model the Whole Website in One CMS
A Local Notion CMS database can describe ordinary Pages, ordered Sections, Gallery cards and shared navigation or footers. We map those roles to the actual site so editors know where content belongs. Native child Pages can supply service detail links; their titles and calculated routes are treated as part of the navigation contract.
Editor views are designed alongside the content. A Services view should show the service overview Sections, while a separate view exposes offering Pages and another covers shared framing. Filters, useful columns and sequence ordering make a single database practical to operate without splitting its source data into competing tables.
Design Through Themes and Native Content
We use native Notion headings, paragraphs, images, lists and columns for authoring. Reusable themes, modifiers and tags control presentation and supported behaviour. Custom design work belongs in a versioned theme package, with shared overrides for palette, typography, links and responsive layout. This keeps the result reproducible when the content is rendered again.
Our own corporate and product publishing gives this service a concrete foundation. Local Notion is a cross-platform .NET content and rendering application, with local files, attachments and Git history. A saved Notion change, generated HTML and a served website are distinct stages, and we verify each stage rather than assume that editing equals publication.
Your Publishing System
Accept the Site as an Editor and a Visitor
We demonstrate an editor updating content and follow that change through rendering to the hosted result. Visitor checks cover links, breadcrumbs, media, hover states, keyboard focus and representative phone layouts. Handover includes the theme sources, CMS conventions and operating guide. The website remains maintainable through the actual styling and publishing engine, with generated HTML treated as replaceable output rather than a second authoring source.
