Protocol and Product Decisions|Wallet and Data Architecture|Deliverable Technical Scope
Sphere 10 advises organisations building software around ledgers, wallets, tokens and decentralised applications. We connect the product's intended behaviour to the protocol, backend and operational responsibilities required to deliver it. The engagement can assess a proposal, resolve an architecture decision or define a build for an existing platform.
Start With the Trust and Ownership Model
We establish what the ledger records, who can change it and which parts of the service depend on operators, keys or external infrastructure. A wallet interaction, an on-chain event and a business record have different meanings. The design makes those boundaries visible so the product does not accidentally promise guarantees its implementation cannot provide.
Our published PascalCoin work includes protocol architecture, wallet-related work and C# integration. Sphere10 Framework also contains serialization, cryptography, persistence and consensus building blocks. That provides a concrete basis for discussing state transitions and application integration, while chain-specific rules and validation remain part of the project design.
Review the Complete Application Around the Chain
We assess wallet connection and signing flows, transaction submission, confirmation policy and the off-chain data model. Backend indexing must account for duplicate observations, reorganisation and recovery from an interrupted scan. Administrative privileges, upgrade mechanisms and key custody are reviewed as operational responsibilities rather than left as invisible implementation details.
For a new protocol or specialised ledger, we define the state model, validation boundary and persistence requirements before recommending implementation components. For an existing ecosystem, the review focuses on its actual contracts, APIs, dependencies and user journey. We use focused experiments to settle technical uncertainty, with results tied to the proposition being assessed.
A Reviewable Technical Engagement
Move From Advice Into a Commercial Build
The initial discussion and Project Design are paid time and materials. Once the requirement is defined, we can agree a fixed-price rapid application build with an initial deposit, one round of client changes and an acceptance payment on delivery. Any subsequent QA programme is negotiated on its own scope; operating responsibilities can continue through a Project Execution SLA.
The consulting handover records the decision, supporting evidence and remaining assumptions. Acceptance is based on that agreed package, giving your team a practical basis for implementation and review.
